The following article walks through the installation of the BxC Salesforce BCI Connector. Please ensure you have access to the BCI API prior to purchase and install.



Install the Salesforce managed package from the link provided in the email you received when you purchased the connector.


Once installation is confirmed navigate to the Salesforce Setup page Home > Custom Settings



Click Manage next to the BCISettings custom setting




Click new and enter the following information


Username: (provided by BCI)

Password: (provided by BCI)

EndPoint: https://api.bciaustralia.com/rest/auth.json?


 

The BCI Connector is now installed and ready to use.
